What motivates you?

It feels great when someone gives me a pat on the back for putting in my best effort. It's like a little boost of motivation that keeps me going and makes all the hard work worth it.

As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to be an engineer!

What makes Industrial Repair Service different from other places you've worked?

We REALLY know how to do our jobs! The focus on innovation here stands out from my previous experiences.

How would your co-workers describe you in 3 words?

They would describe me as smart, easy-going, and kind.

What are you most passionate about outside of work?

I play volleyball on the weekends, take care of my family, and do volunteer work when I can.

Whats something about you or your family that you want us to know?

If I could, I would invite everyone for Persian food and to see the village I grew up in, in Iran.
